| So
you want to get rid of that horrible looking cellulite, and you
want to get rid of it right now. Not yesterday, but right now.
Not after you’ve gone to the grocery store, and not after you
have put on your warm-ups and gone to the gym in the dead of summer
with a sweat suit on because you are embarrassed by the cellulite
pockets on your legs, but right now before you ever leave the
house again.
Allow me to b the harbinger of some pretty bad news. Cellulite
is here to stay. That is not to say that it is completely impossible
to get rid of is entirely, but it is a difficult process and
not one that should be taken lightly.
I am confident that
you have all heard the old adage that the best things come to
those who wait, and that nothing in this world is free. Of course
you have. Your parents, just like mine tried over and again
to instill these values. They tried with all of their might
to instill values and work ethics that would hopefully result
in us growing to be happy and successful adults. The bottom
line is that nothing in this world is free and if you want to
get rid of that cellulite which has invaded your lower body
of late, you are going to have to work awfully hard to do it.
There is no quick
fix. Actually there is no quick fix for anything in this world
– not even that fix-a-flat stuff for your tires works as well
as its advertised to. The good products cost a lot of money
but they work. For getting rid of cellulite, no matter how expensive,
with the sole exception of surgical options and remedies, they
all work the same. That is, they do not work at all. If you
want to get rid of the cellulite, you have to put in the work,
go to the gym. Get some good cardiovascular exercise and try
with all of your might to stay away from the fatty foods known
to assist the cellulite to develop and stick. |
